Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes! The Free plan includes everything you need to get started — a kiosk, standing orders, and CSV export. No credit card required. It's limited to 50 declarations per month, which is enough for smaller charities. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time when you're ready.
Can I change plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your Donation Hub. Changes take effect immediately — we pro-rate the difference.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. That's a saving of £98 on Team and £198 on Business.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we can arrange invoicing and bank transfer.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no contracts. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if I exceed my declaration limit?
We won't cut you off mid-service. You'll receive a notification suggesting you upgrade, and declarations will continue to be captured. We'll follow up to discuss upgrading if usage consistently exceeds your plan.
